Originally from Ohio with a degree from Miami University, Pam promoted exports to Asia for the State of Ohio before heading to Texas. In Houston, she has benefited from an environment steeped in energy, business savvy and risk.
Pam trained at the Co-Active Training Institute (formerly the Coaches Training Institute), San Rafael, CA. In 2021, she earned the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designations. She is a member of the Houston chapter of the International Coach Federation. Pam has been married to Mark Plagens for two decades and has two daughters.
